Absinthe cocktail Clandestino

This is my all-time favorite cocktail: Clandestino. It’s basically fresh lime-juice, sugar, ice and Clandestine.

My boyfriend and I run out of Clandestine, so we use La Vraie instead. We use this measurement for 2 cocktails: cut 3 limes in pieces, add three tablespoons of sugar and muddle it in a glass until the sugar is dissolved in the lime-juice. Divide the juice on two cocktail-glasses. Fill both with crushed ice and finally add 4-5 cl of La Vraie to each glass. Most Swiss Bleues go really well with this drink.

It’s my favorite source of vitamine C! 🙂
